Ensuring that transportation is truly accessible to everyone is a key step toward inclusivity and independence. Care Connection Transport Services, in partnership with Santa Barbara County’s Access for All program, is committed to making this vision a reality by expanding on-demand wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) services across the county.

A Grant-Funded Initiative for Greater Accessibility
Santa Barbara County's Access for All program, funded by a transportation grant, is designed to improve access to WAV services for residents with mobility challenges.
Administered by SBCAG and provided by Care Connection Transport Services, this initiative is made possible through Senate Bill (SB) 1376: TNC Access for All Act (Hill, 2018). The program specifically supports independent wheelchair users who find traditional Transportation Network Companies (TNCs), such as Uber and Lyft, inaccessible.
How to Book a Ride
Booking a ride with Care Connection is quick and simple:
Book Online: Visit www.sbcaccessforall.com to learn more about the program and book a ride.
The Access for All program has minimal fees, similar to those of Uber and Lyft, reinforcing the commitment to making on-demand transportation inclusive and accessible to all residents in Santa Barbara County.
A Step Toward Equitable Transportation
By launching Access for All, Care Connection is taking a significant step toward creating an equitable transportation network that serves everyone. This initiative ensures that mobility is no longer a barrier to opportunity, giving individuals the freedom to move independently within their communities.
